I built my rc truck into a snow machine by making skis for the front and chains for the rear, it rips as long there's 1-2" of snow. I always use brown sugar for coffee but today there's only white, gross.

Pics of snow machine?
Older doggie gets his "Cone of shame" removed tomorrow or the next day. He'd hurt his foot a few weeks ago. Nose is still running. Wifey's out today, I'm on my own. Probably gonna sleep THIS day away. I miss Pernell Roberts. I liked Bonanza, sorry he didn't. Five days to Christmas, wow.

Running all waterproof electronics/servo, 12 turn motor, 2S Lipo. Thar she be: I'm using front rims so they stick out an extra 2mm on each side and I "trimmed" the fenders so snow doesn't build up inside them: Made a debris shield to keep some snow out of the chassis: It works better it than looks like, without it the chassis was piled up about 5-6" thick after running:

Dig the front ski's! How is the steering? Did you put some sort of fin on the bottom like a surf board (only smaller) so they won't just slide in corners?

Here is something to ponder, If the earth is round as they say and we are standing perpendicular to the surface, If we raise our hand above or head in a pointing gesture are we not pointing out and not up? If we were facing north and held our hand straight out again in a pointing gesture wouldn't we be pointing up t words the top of the earth?

Great RC creation! I like the clear plastic! I'm in 95610, and SNOW is usually non-existent here. Which bumms me, because I could really make a neat snow machine with the tools I have.

Riding a swayback mule is similar to riding a camel upside down. Charlotte ChurchChurch girls, chubby girls, chubby church girls. Grandpa was right. ;D

Yeah, you can sort of see the "skeg" is made from a piece of copper wire that runs the length of the skiis, more similar to the keel on a boat than to the fins on a surfboard. Steering is actually really surprisingly good (in the right conditions-packed snow or 1-2" of powder. Great RC creation! I like the clear plastic! I'm in 95610, and SNOW is usually non-existent here. Which bumms me, because I could really make a neat snow machine with the tools I have. Lexan! Picked up a small sheet at home depot for about 7-8$, lightweight an almost unbreakable. We don't much snow where I live but it sure helps make it more bearable if you toys to play with! These skiis are the prototype set that have just never made past the prototype stage due to a simple lack of time. They've got some flaws if you look closely but I'm happy with results. Next set will have higher tips in the front for negotiating deeper snow, turned up rear tips to allow some reverse ability an be slightly wider for a bit more flotation... Glad you guys like it ;D

Wifey's been a bit peculiar lately, and I decided I'd have a root around in her car...tsk, tsk. Look what I found under the seat. One day at a time, one day at a time.

What cracks me up is, LIE on the internet, and you start a clock ticking until you get out-ed.

What cracks me up is, LIE on the internet, and you start a clock ticking until you get out-ed. Its often said that putting a deliberate lie in a question is a good way to make sure that somebody answers it. Sometimes, nobody bothers to answer questions in forums, but like this... How many protons does a helium atom have? My brother says 2, but I think its 3. I'm right, yes?

Nicely done. I once spent six months trying to convince a panel that water cannot exist in industrial-grade compressed argon. Waste of time...
