Last year, they had a backyard BBQ, and this thing was set up. I was unaware it could "see through" the slats in the fence, and it kept peppering the boards when they walked by! I heard swearing out back and discovered this going on. I patched things up with another case of beer. More pics of the project are HERE: www.air-sharp.com/turret.htm

The drive shaft is cobbled up, installed. Remember, I can't BUY anything NEW anymore- the drive and tranny are the only new parts I'm allowing myself. The rest has to come from the goodie bins. a chunk of brass tubing and an extra section of driveshaft slider are made into the lengthend shaft. Ugly, but functional. Ant's view of the rear suspension. The green you see is Olive drab Krylon...from a previous manic episode... Do you best to ignore the doggy-hair here and there. The driveshaft clears the loop, evn with one side of the chassis bottomed out. My first cross-loop was too narrow, and would have rubbed in corners. A brass standoff was turned, flatted, and drilled to match the Wheely King's output shaft. Then it was a simple matter of bolting on the yoke and u-joint. The red things are jut a pair of alinging screws I put in for now- the final hardware will be pins with quick-clips. It will be possible to pull out the drive without using any tools at all. More to come!
