There are quite a few questions regarding our line of LITEHAWK micro helis.
First up though is a big thanks to Thom for the very generous invite to this forum.
As a "back ground" for us: Borgfeldt Canada is a Hobby and Toy Distributor and has been in business for 103 years...really. If you have walked into a hobbyshop, toy store or mass market enterprise from Newfoundland to Victoria...you have most likely purchased something that we have supplied to that store. Plastic model kits, R/C kits, model paints, diecast metal cars, Meccano, Uberstix, pogo sticks (really), high-end wooden wagons, educational products...we really do, do it all...and rubber balls too!
LITEHAWK is something that we wanted to prove. Simply put that inexpensive toys do not have to be throw-away toys. We have all bought something for 60 bucks (let's just use that number for now), it breaks, there is no product support...and usually no company either....because it was made in ping-zip and distributed by zip-ping. So....it was fun while it lasted, now throw it out.
We currently have three models available, with killer product support for people that decide to try us. Those that have tried us have become our friends through e-mail questions and 1-800 toll free....strange huh? A company that cares. And we really do.
Again, LITEHAWK is not a full blown hobby grade R/C heli that will cost you about $500.00CDN - what we offer is service and support for a fraction of that. Seriously.
Designed, tested and proven in Canada, by Canadians....take us for a test flight.
